-So tell me, what would you chose?
In the darkest room, in the darkest floor, in the darkest hotel she's sitting in a small wooden chair, watching frightened.
-You have everything, power, love, servants, honor, respect. Why you have all this? I gave you all this, and only asked you for something, never betray me, never abandon me. I gave you all and what do i got? A gun, one bullet and a last choice to make. You could have had both of us if you wouldnt have been so selfish.
One man stands next to me, stiff, frightened too, because of the gun in my hand and a spark of madness I might have in the eye.
-You made him try to destroy me, you betrayed me, you choose his salvation even knowing that might meant my death, you abandoned me, you left me alone. You choose to hurt me for no real reason, just you existence, i've been hurt for you, but now im in hellish pain and you are the guilty, now im not your martyr, you made me just your victim, like so many before me.
So now you gotta decide if i live or die, but every choice has a catch, he or me, only one bullet, only one life, so chose.
He took everything away from me, she gave him the little peace I might have had.
-Now the twist, chose or i'll chose, tick tock, the time goes and a life shall go too.
She sees the madness in my eyes, her eyes focus on mine, she blinks and looks at him. She says nothing.
Well then, your time's over and your mouth is dry of words, so I'll help you now.
Now i stand up, playing with the gun, silent steps on the room, facing her i smile, smiling feels like lies, feels like a mask.
-Seems like you made your call and once again I'll execute it for you.
Again I put on a walk and now I lay my arm on his shoulders, he trembles, I whisper in his ear:
-She choose, be glad, and I'll see you soon.
Skin feels the cold metal and the sudden heavyness of the air we breath while my finger stops playing and finally pulls the trigger. A thunder of redemption. A life goes away...
How does it feels?
Now the balance is real again as I lie down resting with a bullet between my thoughts...
